Product Description

Vacuum tungsten wire furnace main applications:

The vacuum tungsten wire furnace is a vacuum resistance furnace using tungsten wire or tungsten mesh as heating element, which can be used for sintering metal compounds, ceramics, inorganic compounds or the like in vacuum or protective atmosphere, and also for heat treatment of a metal materials. It is mainly used in capacitors, tantalum and other metals and alloy materials composed of refractory metals, ceramic materials, high temperature sintering of silicon carbide and silicon nitride, and can also be used for high-temperature heat treatment of metal materials under high vacuum conditions or degassing of precious metal materials.

 

Vacuum tungsten wire furnace main structure:

1. Furnace body: double-layer 304 stainless steel water-cooled structure, precision polishing, which is beneficial to shorten the gas pumping time and easy to clean;

2. the furnace cover: double-layer water-cooled structure, the inner and outer walls are 304 stainless steel and precision polished, with cooling water in the middle.

3. Heating and heat preservation and temperature measurement system: The heater adopts energy-saving tungsten mesh structure, which is connected with water-cooled electrode, and is connected by three-phase power supply of the electric furnace control system through the transformer, and then connected to three water-cooled electrodes with a bronze plate to form a control circuit, and it has low power consumption and novel structure. The heat insulation screens around the top, top and bottom of the furnace consist of tungsten, molybdenum and stainless steel brackets, which are processed into a whole thermal insulation system. The temperature measurement adopts thermocouple and dual colorimetric infrared thermometer and realizes automatic switching, silicon controlled temperature control, equipped with PID function meter, digital display meter, with over-temperature sound and light alarm function, can also be automatically controlled by PLC touch screen, and retain historical data, easy to analyze the sintering process.

4. Vacuum system: It is composed of molecular pump, mechanical pump with electromagnetic differential pressure valve (to prevent sudden power failure, mechanical pump oil backflow) inflation valve, deflation valve, vacuum butterfly valve, vacuum pressure gauge (±Pa) bellows, vacuum line and support, etc.

5. Inflatable system: It consists of various pipelines and valves, and is equipped with electromagnetic deflation valve and pressure sensor. When the pressure in the furnace is higher than the safe value, it will automatically deflate. The inflation pipeline is equipped with a needle valve to control the amount of inflation, which is used for the requirements for atmosphere filled with argon and nitrogen in sintering process;

6. Water-cooling system: It consists of various valve-pipe related devices and is equipped with water-off sound and light alarm to automatically cut off the heating source and other functions.

7. Inflatable device: It is mainly composed of an inflation valve, a flow meter, an inflation pipeline, etc., and is used for the gas requirement of argon gas and nitrogen gas required for the melting process;

8. Control system: It consists of programmable controller PLC, temperature controller, vacuum gauge, volt-ammeter, DC stabilized power supply, air switch, contactor, relay, button, indicator light, etc. to achieve power supply, control, recording, monitoring and alarm protection functions.
